However, I want a web-forum because many of the new people on the Internet, prefer it over the mailing list format. Setting up a PHP-BB or Pun-BB forum (or perhaps something that supports UTF-8 better) is very easy and requires very little maintenance later. But that can be delayed until the site is ready for prime time again.
