URGENT: How do I debug the ePerl code.

Hi!

I have some wml code with lots of Perl code. When I added the -w flag, it 
started reporting an error:

However /home/shlomi/tmp/wml.14370.tmp1.wml is gone after the invocation. How 
do I find it?
