Dear Denis,

     Thanks for you help. Today, I found a solution, I don't know  
why, but by hand I do the following commande on each subdirectories  
of wml_common :

perl  Makefile.PL (and it's works fine)

after this step, I compile wml and everything is OK.

The reason of that is not realy clear for me but it's work.

PS: I use the last version of BitVector (but I think now that it's  
not required)
