Hi Ralf (and all)!

It seems there's a new problem. When trying to access:

http://thewml.org/distrib/index.phtml

a regular access (type URL and press Enter) works, while a reload doesn't. In
Mozilla it doesn't work at all. Something is again wrong with the Apache
configuration.
