WML (from SVN) Builds on Cygwin!

Hi all!

After I spent some effort hacking on it the last couple of days, I was able to 
get Web Meta Language from the Subversion 2.0.x maintenance branch to 
successfully build on cygwin.

I then used the built executable to successfuly render my personal home site:

http://stalker.iguide.co.il:8080/svn/shlomif-homepage/homepage/trunk/

This is all great news for people who wanted to use Web Meta Language, (and 
dependant projects like Latemp or Quad-Pres) but could not because they were 
partially or fully windows-borne.
