WML and ePerl/Embperl/Mason (was: Re: WML (from SVN) Builds on Cygwin!)

Embperl works fine together with WML. Sometimes a <protect> is
necessary, but that was all IIRC. Used both together at one of my
former jobs (and later worked at the makers of Embperl for over 4
years :-).

OTOH. ePerl is IIRC the simplest of the three. So I would expect that
it should be that hard to get it working with a 1.3 Apache again. May
make hassles with 2.0 Apache if unmaintained for a while, yes.
