WML 2.0.10 is out.

Finally, WML version 2.0.10 is out:

Changes since 2.0.9:

1. Integrated a patch from downstream to fix compilation.

2. Fixed building on cygwin.

In order to do the official release on Freshmeat, I'll need to create a 
rudimentary site at http://thewml.berlios.de/ (using WML and Latemp), and 
link to this release. I didn't give up on http://thewml.org/ yet, but it's a 
temporary solution.
