Conversion of http://thewml.org/ to Embperl is Complete

Hi all!

A few minutes ago I finished converting http://thewml.org/ to Embperl. 
Problems I encountered:

1. For some reason the XML header ('<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>') 
seemed to confuse Embperl. Thus I converted it to qq{[+ print '<?xml ...} and 
it worked.

2. Turns out Embperl doesn't chdir() by default to the directory which 
contains the script. A simple chdir(dirname($ENV{'PATH_TRANSLATED'})); fixed 
it.

Things left to do:

1. Update the user refs by just putting a link to the wiki.

2. Publish wml-2.0.11 (which would incorporate Denis' input) on the site.

3. Announce WML on Freshmeat/LWN.net/etc.
