Bug in Pre-Processor ipp (DEFINE)?

Hi all

Is still anybody subscribed to the list? Any readers? The archive
on www.thewml.org is not working, the server returns an error.

After years using wml 1.74, I switched to wml 2.0.11. So far I could
easyly manage to convert my sites with not much work to the newest
release.

I think I stumbled upon a nasty mistake:

If defined via .wmlrc e.g.

-D REFRESH="0; URL=./index.shtml"

<ifneq  = ""
is true
is false
>

returns errorneously "is false"

but

<ifneq <get-var REFRESH> = ""
is true
is false
>

returns correctly "is true"
