I figured that out on my own a few hours ago, but I couldn't figure
out how to stop it without skipping the entire pass.

I took another look at the mp4h man page and noticed that it does that
by default. Passing wml "-W2,-X3082" will stop it from stripping the
slash without changing any of the other defaults.
