Zope 2.10.8 and Zope 2.11.3 released

the release of Zope 2.10.8 and Zope 2.11.3.

Supported Python versions:

  Zope 2.10/2.11 require Python 2.4.5 (Python 2.4.4 is still acceptable).
  Other Python versions are not supported.
