lib/python/zope points to 
svn://svn.zope.org/repos/main/Zope3/tags/ZopeX3-3.0.0-Zope-2.8-a3/src/zope

You have to fix this on the related Zope3 branch, tag a new version and 
make lib/python/zope point to that new tag.
