Exception after install of CPSCasSso.

Hello everybody,

I plan to use CPSCasSso with CPS 3.4.3. I have got a ja-sig CAS up and 
running. However after installing the tool cassso in the cps instance I 
get an exception like this:

May anyone give me some hints about how to resolve this?
