There is now an updated set of the instructions I wrote earlier on the  
lists on how to get CPS from hg.

I put it directly in hgutils for a start and will try to keep it up to  
date. Here's the initial changeset:
     http://hg.cps-cms.org/CPS/hgutils?cmd=changeset;node=a8e14a706567

Take this as a quickstart to get the bleeding edge version. Active  
developers still really need to read hgutils/README.txt ;-)
