With Plone 2.5 et Zope 2.9.6, the problem is that, in France (GMT+2), 2 hours are add at the time. 
Problems in all Plone, in particular for the events, byline and so... 

Alexander Limi (Plone) tells me "to upgrade to http://www.zope.org/Products/Zope/2.9.7 and the problem should go away". 
But there is no version 2.9.7 for windows. A patch or something else?
