The zope.componentvocabulary package defines some
basic vocabulary (factory) classes. Probably we
should move the zope/app/schema/vocabulary.py
to this package as registry.py.

The question is, does someone like to use a non component
based vocabulary registry? Was that the reason that the 
vocabulary registry was not moved from zope.app.schema?
I guess not, right?
