Actually, there's a specific aggregation thing (who's running this
again?) that can accept the individual buildbot messages and creates a
daily message. I think that actually works quite well.

I think all the various buildbots should send their messages to this
aggregator.

Cool. I'm also expanding the documentation of what is tested where and
who's the contact for the individual buildbots.
