Hi, here's a quick shot after reviewing Launchpad milestones and sprints again and talking to #launchpad: https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/sprints/zope-dev-week-25 I think putting in the long-running topics as blueprints and targetting them for individual helps a lot, especially for keeping an overall design document around. It could also make the information more accessible to developers who do not participate in the meetings themselves.
