This is a failure in Zope2.Startup.tests.test_warnfilter. Since the
main 'warnfilter' module hasn't changed recently, the error is likely
related to Hanno's work on making the tests compatible with Python 2.7.

These failures appear to be dues to the existence of
'etc/overrides.zcml' in the sample dir: they seem to be genuine
BlueBream failures, rather than being caused by an underlying component.

I can't really help diagnosing the Windows errors. I did see one use of
'signals.SIGKILL' in a ZEO test.

These three are build failures::

 ../../bin/python: can't open file '/tmp/bootstrap.py':
    [Errno 2] No such file or directory

This is a Windows box, too. The failing tests are in
'ZEO.tests.testZEO.MultiprocessingTests', and appear to be non-specific
to Windows.
