Looks like the script building the index has a bug. Looking at
http://download.zope.org/Zope2/index/2.13.0a3/ZODB3/ there's indeed
3.9.5 versions linked there.

Could you open a ticket at https://bugs.launchpad.net/zope2 so we
won't forget about this?
