Actually, it wasn't that bad:

from Products.Five import zcml

class Tests(unittest.TestCase):

     def setUp(self):
         cleanup.cleanUp()
         zcml._initialized = False
         zcml.load_site()

     def tearDown(self):
         cleanup.cleanUp()
