Is that doable? > > That's how we do it with almost everything underneath the docs.zope.org hostname. The sources are on svn.zope.org are are pulled/built regularly. Where the source comes from doesn't really matter. The only requirement is that it should be a scriptable buildout process, like a buildout/Sphinx setup.
