This is new: bootstrap.py fails with

      File "bootstrap.py", line 108, in <module>

    AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'location'

Last successful buildi (commit b0ed26c):

First failing build: commit c68904b.

What happened in between: I merged the py3 branch into master.

Old master used buildout 1.x.  The py3 branch used buildout 2.0.

I'll try updating bootstrap.py to v2.2.
