What I'm getting is

    svnsync: Can't connect to host 'svn.zope.org': Connection refused

so perhaps somebody turned off anonymous access without announcing it?

    $ LC_ALL=C svn ls svn://svn.zope.org/repos/main/
    svn: E000111: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'svn://svn.zope.org/repos/main'
    svn: E000111: Can't connect to host 'svn.zope.org': Connection refused

Meanwhile svn ls svn+ssh://svn.zope.org/repos/main/ works for me (but
my svn mirror script has no SSH keys).
