Ok, zc.buildout 2.2.5 has a new bootstrap.py that fetches the new
setuptools.

I tested zope.viewlet's bootstrap process on the winbot machine by
fetching a new bootstrap.py temporarily, and it successfully created a
bin/buildout.

I've updated all the ZopeFoundation projects that used zc.buildout 2.2's
bootstrap.py (SHA1 99a678df153dac9c5546f43cd55b5f27e0b07172) to the new
bootstrap (SHA1 043f0eac56878b0d25f028aba170f73b6d7d5bf6).  Let's hope
the builds go back to green.

Also, since identifying bootstrap.py versions by their SHA1 sums is
*insane*, I submitted a pull request that fixes #30 ("add version info
to bootstrap.py").  If anybody could review that, it'd be awesome:
