Formulator and plone 2.1

Hello all,

I was browsing the list of bugs to be solved in the plone bugdays
(http://plone.org/development/info/bugday) and saw something that
surprised me a bit: http://plone.org/collector/3498

"Remove the deprecated form and nav tools as well as the Formulator
product."

The only thing I see in that bug is a *request* by someone to remove
formulator. Is this really intended for plone 2.1? Does anyone here
know anything about that? What's the successor? Perhaps the request is
bogus, but I don't know enough to say so.
