Doing a 1.9 release?

Hi there,

Formulator cvs HEAD contains some features that are needed for a new 
Siva release I'm preparing.

Would have anyone have any objections if I did a 1.9 release? (or if 
someone would like to do the work in making sure all texts etc is 
updated, and there's a CVS tag, that'd be fine too :).
