Conditional inquire: ready to go?!

My alpha release of conditional inquire seems to be ready.

It works.
I've used Formulator 1.3.1 as a basis for my hacks.

So, I'm interested in:
- testers/volunteers/users;
- person who can reliably check my code and merge it into the main 
branch (Martijn, your help would be inappreciable :) .

The question about unstable condition values have not been solved yet.
I do not check for suppressed keys/values existing in REQUEST and I 
leaved raised fields absent in REQUEST on a conscience of a script 
programmer.
