Currently it looks a bit messed up. (Not sure how you got there, the =
installation documentation does not seem to mention =E2=80=9Elocal=E2=80=9C=
.)
I=E2=80=99d suggest to delete either zope2.13.29/local or =
zope2.13.29/lib as this probably will confuse you in the future when =
changing or updating packages.
