PloneFormGen KeyError

Hallo Liste und Mahlzeit,
vielleicht hat hier jemand eine Lösung!

Ich habe ein einfaches PloneFormGen Formular gebaut, inklusive eines "Rating Scale" Feldes (eine Tabelle mit mehreren Zeilen(=Fragen) und mehrere Antwortmöglichkeinten (Optionboxen pro Zeile))

Allerdings wenn ich die RatingScale Werte speichern will kommt jedesmal ein KeyError, egal wie ich meine Felder benenne...
