Das sieht definitiv nach Firewall oder fehlerhaft konfiguriertem Proxy
aus.
Wenn die Maschine nach aussen nur über Proxy darf, dann muss man im
Environment
'http_proxy' auf den zuständigen Proxy des Netwerks setzen.
