Buildout Installations-Probleme

Hallo liebe Liste,

habe unter windows XP Plone/Zope laufen und möchte nun GetPaid, ein
OnlineShop Product für Plone per Buildout installieren. Beim Hinzufügen
weiterer Pakete zu GetPaid in der buildout.cfg kommt es dann jedoch zu
folgendem Fehler:

error: Setup script exited with error: Python was built with Visual Studio
2003;
extensions must be built with a compiler than can generate compatible
binaries.
Visual Studio 2003 was not found on this system. If you have Cygwin
installed,
you can try compiling with MingW32, by passing "-c mingw32" to setup.py.
An error occured when trying to install M2Crypto 0.20.2.Look above this
message for any errors thatwere output by easy_install.
While:

Ich habe nun mal mingw und cygwin installiert, bewege mich da aber so derart
in dichtestem Dschungel, dass ich nun noch mal nachfrage, wie es denn mögich
wäre, folgenden Fehler zu umgehen ohne Visual Studio 2003 zu installieren... 

Plone ist mit dem aktuellen Installer von plone.org installiert und auch
soweit in seiner Basiskonfiguration, abgesehen vom selbst erstellten Theme.
Die Anpassungen an der buildout habe ich nach den Anleitungen auf der
GetPaid-Doku-Seite gemacht.

Plz help!
