TextIndexNG3 installation

Hallo Liste,

Ich will für Zope 2.9.6 auf Python 2.4.6 TextIndexNG-3.1.16 
installieren, was aber leider mit einem

error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1

quittiert wird.

gcc ist auf dem Rechner. Was also könnte das Problem sein?

Danke für Tipps.
