Plone Portlet um Attribute erweitern

Hallo,

ich möchte ein eigenes Plone Portlet, das bereits verwendet wird um
ein Attribut erweitern. Dazu habe ich den PortletDataProvider um  ein
entsprechendes Feld erweitert und kann neue Portlets anlegen.

Allerdings schlägt der Versuch, ein bereits vorhandenes Portlet zu
bearbeiten mit einem "Attribute Error" fehl. Wie ergänze ich die bereits
vorhandenen Portlets um das neue Attribut?
