Produkt Babble.Chat.Client wird nicht erkannt.

Hi, ich habe Plone 3.3 auf Debian installiert. Nun möchte ich den Babble Chat Client installieren. Ich habe das ZIP im Products Verzeichnis (/usr/local/Plone/Zope-2.10.11-final-py2.4/lib/python/Products) entpackt. Habe Zope und Plone neu gestartet und siehe da es passiert nichts, weder in der ZMI finde ich das Produkt noch im Quickinstaller. So geht es mir auch mit dem PloneLDAP Produkt. Kann mir jemand sagen, was ich falsch mache?
