Zope 2.13.0a2 hat ZODB3 = 3.10.0b1 ?

Hallo

bei http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Zope2/2.13.0a2 steht was von  ZODB3 = 3.10.0b1.

Easy_install installiert aber  ZODB3-3.9.5 wie ist es am besten zu verstehen?
