Entweder Euer MySQL Server arbeitet nicht transaktional (auch wenn Du
das behauptest) oder die SQL Methoden werden mehrfach ausgeführt
(Benutzer klickt mehrfach oder durch Wiederholung des Requests im Rahmen
der ZODB ConflictResolution). Letzteres sollte eigentlich kein Problem
sein, weil SQLAlchemy via z3c.sqlalchemy und SQLALchemy in die ZODB
Transaktion eingehängt ist. Sorry...nie beobachtet (als Autor von
z3c.sqlalchemy und SQLALchemyDA)...allerdings verwende ich auch nur
vernünftige Datenbank...keine Erfahrung mit MySQL...mit Postgres kennne
ich die Probleme nicht. Falls das Problem (einfach) reproduzierbar ist
- -> Bugreport schreiben.
