Condition in quintagroup.dropdownmenu

Hallo, ich möchte auf einer Plone4-Instanz das Produkt quintagroup.dropdownmenu zur Gestaltung der Menüs einsetzen. Allerdings wirkt sich ein Eintrag "python: member" im Feld Condition nicht wie gewünscht und so wie in Plone4 dokumentiert aus. Als ich das als Bug meldete, bekam ich folgende Antwort, die ich leider nicht verstehe, da ich mit dem Schreiben von viewlets nicht vertraut bin. ...
