Hallo Heiko,

vermutlich verwendest Du eine zu aktuelle Version von ZopeSkel.
Mit ZopeSkel in der Version 2.21.2 solltest Du wieder plone4_buildout
erhalten.

Um ZopeSkel in einer älteren Version zu installieren, kannst Du
folgendes angeben:
# easy_install ZopeSkel==2.21.2
