Hallo Ingo,

Betriebssystem? Unter Linux/Unix einfach "git" installieren. Unter Windows auch "git" installieren aber da explizit in den Pfad eintragen. Dann sollte das funktionieren.

Dieses github auschecken usw. habe ich noch nie vorher gemacht; gibt's hierzu eine gute Anleitung?

es gibt im Pypi keine Release von ftw.journal<https://github.com/4teamwork/ftw.journal>. Aber auf github findest Du den aktuellen Stand. https://github.com/4teamwork/ftw.journal.
Clonen und in Deiner buildout-Datei als develop-egg einsetzen.

ich versuche in einer Standard Plone Installation (aus dem unified installer) die zusätzlichen Programme

    izug.ticketbox

zu installieren.

Beim buildout-Lauf bekomme ich die folgenden Fehlermeldungen:
