Installationsprobleme mit bluebream (ztfy.webapp) unter Gentoo 64 Bit

Hi Leute,
AUf einer neu installierten Gentoo Maschiene probierte ich bluebream
(ZTFY - Zope Tools for You, basierend auf bluebream) zu installieren und
ein Projekt zu initialisieren.



bei ausf=FChrung des Befehls "python bootstrap.py" erhalte ich nur
Fehlermeldungen, und komme nicht weiter. Hat jemand eine Ahnung woran es
liegen k=F6nnte ?!

Das ganze liegt nicht gerade an ztfy, die gleichen Fehlermeldungen
erhalte ich auch, wie ich probiere ein bluebream Projekt zu initialisieren.

Ich bin auf Gentoo Linux 64 Bit mir Python 3.7.5
