Hello,
I wanted to change some translations in "plone-de.po". So I just edited it and changed and saved (with a standard text editor).
Even after multiple restart of plone, nothing changed (just as before: no error or whatever).
I created an empty "refresh.txt" file in i18n directory, and so could click the "refresh" button in the admin interface of the i18n product.
I restarted plone, flushed the cache. nothing changed.
is it a bug? or did I miss a step?
I carefully surveyed all the forums about it, and nobody? has spoken about it. That's why I think it's a bug.
