[ZIZope] Problema form

Sto cercando di scrivere un form per la richiesta di informazioni 
tramite mail. L'ho già fatto altre volte seguendo questo howto:
http://old.zope.it/Members/tixx/HowTo/mailform_plone/document_view
senza problemi.
Ora però creo la pagina con la form e quando la visualizzo non vedo nè i 
campi, nè i pulsanti. Il codice html è corretto.
Cosa può essere?
