viewing record in form

Hello, all, and thanks to Pim and Phillip for getting me moving on a resoved 
anchor tag using ZPT.

I am still struggling to learn my way around ZPT and ZSQL... how would I 
create a form showing the values from a record in input fields?  I want to 
be able to update the values in the record.  I have done this with tools 
(Dreamweaver)before using ASP, but never had to build it manually myself.
