Help raise Plone's visibility in the government area

Hi,

Please take 10 minutes to help raise Plone's profile in the government
area. As you all showed us earlier, when we band together and vote, we
can make things happen — the Digg article about the Plone 3.0
announcement made the front page in record time.

Anyone from any country can vote, you don't have to live in the EU.
And please vote *now*, the deadline is almost upon us (Sep. 7) — you
are likely to forget if you don't set aside 10 minutes now — I know I
almost did. :)

This process is unfortunately a bit more involved than Digg — since
we're dealing with governments — but shouldn't take longer than 10
minutes to complete. Step-by-step:

3. Fill out your profile:
