It means that the tag 'i18ncontent' has not been documented in agx's list of tagged values. Kind of a brute-force way of forcing the agx developers to add the documentation (http://plone.org/documentation/tutorial/archgenxml-getting-started/tagged-value-overview is generated directly from the agx list of tagged values). What 'd you add as an explanation for that option? Then I can add it.
