While we are at this:
The Record[s]{Field|Widget} which are at the core of almost
everything in ATExtensions
https://svn.plone.org/svn/archetypes/ATExtensions
is also kind of non-trivial in that they exploit the
'record' and 'records' packaging directives of ZPublisher
to group a configurable number of values (which may be
of different type) into a dictionary (or list thereof).
Moreover the RecordsWidget supports an arbitrary number
of entries in the list via a 'more' button which extends
the number of entry fields offered when clicked (enabled
via appropriate FormController settings).
My number one use case: Lists of authors of publications
where the author info needs to be structured to support
various formatting options when compiling lists of references.
There is a demo type shipped with the product for those
who are interested.
