while I agree that AT is big enough to warrant a
trac for its own I just want to point to a potential
issue I see:

How de we (i.e., who will) take care that AT issues
filed by people on Plone's tracker because they don't
realize that it's actually an AT and not a Plone issue
get moved? How about ATContentTypes?

Now that they have become an integral part of Plone
it might be hard to tell people: "Well, yeah, that's
an issue that you get with an out-of-the-box Plone but
do you know - under the hood it's actually a different
framework that's responsible for the bug so please file
your issue else where ..." In Plone's track a proper
(re-)classification would be it.
