Yes! (It might make the job of being a Plone release
manager even harder - sorry Alec and Stefan - but I
think the community as a whole would appreciate that)

Yes.

While I do know that there were some people using
AT without Plone - I used to be one of those - I'm
not so sure there are still that many but these I
consider the exeption that proves the rule ;-)
