problem extending ATEvent

I am trying to create a new Content Type based on ATEvent to make it 
folderish (using ArchgenXML). I am able to create the Content Type 
successfully with my desired list of Content Type's, however, when I 
extend my Content Type from ATEvent, it is no longer folderish. I don't 
think it is a problem with my model or ArchgenXML because I get all of the 
ATEvent attributes - but I could be wrong.

Any Ideas on what to try?
